Female Empowerment Begins with Education

The systematic oppression of women is so deeply rooted into society that we have begun to accept it as a fact of life. But it doesn’t have to be. Being able to recognize gender disparities and disenfranchisement is the first step in ensuring a brighter, fairer future for all female-identifying individuals. I created this blog as a space for anyone (regardless of gender identification) to learn what it means to be a woman in today’s world. Explore, question, and form your own opinions using these resources. These herspectives are important – and so is yours.
Hello,
I’m Anisha!

As a high school student, I used to think I was too young and inexperienced to make an impact on the minds of others. I underestimated the power that my generation has in reshaping our future. The purpose of this blog is not only to jumpstart my own activism, but also to hopefully inspire you to take action (big or small).
